Cold Feed Rubber Extruder is applicable to extruding tyre’s side and tread, covering rubber of tube, electric wire and cable, and extruding plate for rubber shoes and kinds of shape rubber products, and feeding rubber of hot smelt in calender machine.

  The material of all screw shafts and liners is 38CrMoala high-quality steel, the surface of them is processed by nitrogen treatment and the hardness HRC is 60~65. Their resistance to wear and corrosion is very good.

  The extruder uses room temperature feed method. So it simplifies the process, also saves work force, dynamic force, and installation cost and area of factory building. It is fit to nature rubber and various synthetic rubber. Also the half-stuff has good compact ability and stableneee of section size.
